We tap buckets of sweet maple sap from sugar bushes in Galena, IL. Then we open-fire evaporate the sweet sap into a smoky, rich, maple syrup. It takes five gallons of sap to make a single bottle.

We keep our honey bees in McHenry county and they produce local wildflower honey. We cut the beeswax caps by hand, then spin and filter it into liquid gold.
